Ghost Hunt is an interactive installation inspired by folktales and urban legends about the supernatural. 24 ghost dolls were hidden around the exhibition area, each with a small fact about ghost folklore attached. The class was then invited to find all the ghosts and gather them together to learn all the facts. The dolls were inspired by three different types of specters from folklore around the world; Ladies in White, Shadow People, and Church Grimms. The various facts also pertained to these folklore archetypes.
The purpose of the installation was to engage the viewers with the work and with each other, in line with the attitudes that inform relational aesthetics.
